MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION Call for papers
The Journal invites the submission of original scholarly articles in English or in French. The Journal typically publishes articles in the approximate word range of 10,000 to 15,000 words. Articles submitted to the Journal are evaluated through a peer review process before being accepted for publication. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to or uploaded through the website. All submissions should be accompanied by a 250-word abstract and a statement by the author that the document submitted is the author’s original work, that the author retains the right to offer it for publication, that neither the article nor a substantially similar version has been previously published or accepted for publication, and that neither the article nor a substantially similar version is under consideration for publication elsewhere. The Journal accepts submissions formatted according to the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation (6th ed. 2006) or the Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005), but the Journal will also consider articles in alternative legal or scholarly citation styles which provide all necessary bibliographic information and precise pinpoint citations. The first page of the document submitted should include the author’s name and biographical information. In order that the peer review process may proceed anonymously, authors should not include identifying information elsewhere in the document. Inquiries may be addressed to: Professor Elizabeth F.
